Pitkin Hotel - New York

The breakfast area was busy, but I made it down early to avoid the crowd. One day, I took a trip into Manhattan, planning my day carefully since going back would take too much time. I liked the convenience of the close subway station. As an Italian, I appreciate value and this spot helped me focus on experiences rather than expense.

the breakfast was good and offered a lot of good food. the hotel was in a marvellous location adjacent to howard beach and great shops.

The Quality Inn features small but nicely appointed rooms, and the breakfast offerings, including some meat and fish dishes, were enjoyable. The breakfast area is cramped was nice. The surrounding area feels rough, which necessitates relying on taxis, especially at night. There were stains on the bedding, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Clean hotel, top-class staff & absolutely perfect and good location to various restaurants. Location really close to Manhattan via public transit, the shopping district and schools and hard working families. Around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Saint Timothy Holy Church.

Would recommend for a weekend

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a tv and Wi-Fi, made my stay enjoyable, and it's just a 10-minute walk from the subway station for easy travel.

Positive, I enjoyed the modern decor and comfortable amenities. The location is convenient for attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful . My room had ample space and was well-maintained. I appreciate the non-smoking policy 😊

The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day and the lounge area was great. The only slight downside was the small size of the bathroom, but it didn't take away from my experience at all 😊

Wi-Fi connectivity was dismal!!! The area felt a bit sketchy and uninviting, and the business center looked completely empty. Improvements needed for experience!!!

We explored Times Square and Central Park, and the nearby subway was super convenient. Breakfast was simple but filled us up for the day. Just a heads up, plan your trips earlier to avoid rush hour.

My friend had an awkward moment when a staff member walked into their room, unsettling. The hotel really needs to improve privacy protocols.

I had a fantastic stay, with a comfortable bed and a super clean clean bathroom, made me feel right at home, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Children's Museum, allowing me to immerse myself in the city atmosphere.

This hotel had everything for a budget-friendly stay. I loved the cozy queen room and the friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but arrives early to avoid the crowd. Carry a backpack for a full day out in Manhattan. Public transport is convenient and cheap!

Traveling to Manhattan took about an hour via public transit, which saved me money. I needed to pack a backpack with essentials since returning to the hotel mid-day wasn't practical. I also found the neighborhood a bit rough. I didn't feel comfortable walking around at night. Safety can be a concern, so I relied on taxis mainly. I'd consider staying here again for the savings, but I wish the cleanliness and neighborhood felt better.

I'm glad we chose this nice looking hotel for our stay. the staff were very helpful, top-class, and truly enjoyable to interact with. Our double room was new-fashioned and fine.
